Every time guaranteed they are going to have me wait 30 mins for a hard burger!
Food was cold. , Replaced with warm sliders. Good
UPDATE: Biscuits have been fluffier in the morning. Morning crew still does better then other shifts. Evening shift just took 15 minutes with not a person in the store. Came in at 5:30. Served the Hardee's employee on break before me and she ordered after me, a very similar meal. Got wrong thing twice after the 15 minute wait.
Food can be good at times, but it is hit and miss. Manager Gina is great. Staff yells when there is a crowd and can't seem to handle the pressure. Have observed staff cussing and throwing things in front of adults and children. Milkshake machine is always "broken" within an hour of closing. They do not follow posted hours at night, often closing before posted times.
Have been coming to this particular Hardee's for years. Never had a bad visit. Food is usually always fresh. Staff always friendly.
Good service and food. Not a fan of their coffee though. Tastes kinda cheap to me.
